Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CampusLoop, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

CampusLoop lets students browse shops around their campus, place orders, request quotes and pick up their items. Shops are independent businesses. They set their own prices, menus and opening hours, and they are responsible for the goods and services they provide.

Your account

  • Give accurate details, including a mobile number a shop can reach you on.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • You may sign in with email or with your Google account.

Orders and payment

  • An order is a request to the shop. The shop may accept, prepare, or cancel it, for example when an item runs out.
  • Prices shown in the app come from the shop. Unless the app shows another option, you pay the shop when you pick up your order.
  • Show your pickup code only to the shop when you collect your order.
  • Problems with an order should first be raised with the shop. You can also report an issue in the app.

Acceptable use

Do not place fake orders, upload files you have no right to share, harass shops or other users, or try to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Shops

Shop owners and staff using CampusLoop for Shops must keep their menu, prices and hours accurate, handle orders promptly, and use customer details only to fulfil those orders.

Availability

We work to keep CampusLoop running smoothly, but the service is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, CampusLoop is not liable for losses caused by a shop’s goods or services or by interruptions to the app.

Ending your account

You can stop using CampusLoop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that misuse the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
